Participation fee

You may opt for one of the following fees

• 750€/each for Postdoc and Faculty Members
• 600€/each for Master Undergraduate and PhD students

The participation fee is all-inclusive and covers registation fee, 5-night full-board lodging, shuttle service to either the Trapani or Palermo airports, social trip, and the final social dinner

Poster and Short Talks Session

Every participant is welcome to submit 300-word abstract for a poster or short talk. We will try to accommodate as many posters as we can, rotating them if necessary. Poster should be a maximum of 100 cm high and 60 cm wide. Consider to arrange materials in columns rather than rows - this format is easier for viewers to read. Notification of acceptance will be sent via email by May 5 2025
