Registration Deadlines

Poster and Short Talks Session

Every participant is welcome to submit 300-word abstract for a poster or short talk. We will try to accommodate as many posters as we can, rotating them if necessary. Poster should be a maximum of 100 cm high and 60 cm wide. Consider to arrange materials in columns rather than rows - this format is easier for viewers to read.

Participation fee

Fees for registration before June 30th

• 450€/each for Master and Ph.D. Students
• 495€/each for Postdoc and Faculty Members

Starting with July 1st registration fees will be 495€ for all registrant positions

The participation fee is all-inclusive and covers registation fee, 4-night full-board lodging, shuttle service to either the Trapani or Palermo airports, social trip, and the final social dinner

Accomodations

Young participants (Master and PhD students) will be accommodated in double-occupancy rooms featuring two beds per room. Should a participant prefer a single room, the participation fee will increase to €750; this decision must be made at the time of registration. Please note that the Ettore Majorana Centre does not operate a traditional hotel but offers accommodations in historic buildings converted from ancient monasteries. While these facilities provide only basic services, they possess a unique charm reflective of their storied past.
